Hi Catherine! On the App, the Challenge will show as a small progress circle pinned to the top of the community page and the home "browse" section. On a desktop, the challenge is pinned on the community page and there is a small progress circle pinned to the catalogue home page. Unfortunately, on the app, it won't break the workouts down by day like our website training platform!

This is working virtually every muscle in your body, not to mention testing your stability and mental focus. Pro tip: focus on going as SLOW as possible and as even as possible. Try to avoid extending or flexing too quick– bring the sliders in and push them out evenly!
