Alright, we are getting SPICY this December 1st! Check out this move utilizing the Corefirst Sliders. This is working virtually every muscle in your body, not to mention testing your stability and mental focus. Pro tip: focus on going as SLOW as possible and as even as possible. Try to avoid extending or flexing too quick– bring the sliders in and push them out evenly!

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Place pear halves in a baking dish. 3. Fill the center with chopped almonds and drizzle with honey. 4. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. 5. Bake until the pears are tender and the almonds are golden.
