Hi Geneva! The first couple of moves are your warm-up, but everyone's body is different! I would suggest taking the modifications she describes and moving closer to the anchor point for less resistance! Move slowly and controlled through the movements and make sure you are matching her form and directions.

Hey Folks! Thank you so much for completing the challenge! I look forward to us getting even more challengers each time! As a reminder: Please remember to read the challenge rules! For this challenge, all videos had to be completed IN FULL (there were some that completed only 50% of the video; I did throw out the 23rd due to the technical glitch!) and you had to space out the videos and do one per day (to build consistency). This time, I forgave the one-per-day rule, but being that there are so few videos, the entry didn't count if you didn't complete them in full!Get ready for our next challenge on June 5th! That one will have a different set of more flexible rules to better accommodate busy schedules!
