Awesome Great work Julie! Just to note, you only have to comment below the Challenge Preview video at the end of the 5 days (on Friday) when you are done! We're changing it up this challenge!

Hi Traci! Yes, taking the classes in order with this series is ideal as it is a progressive series, but you can always pick and choose! As far as how often, just starting out 2-3 times per week would be great, but give it a shot and see if you can handle more or need a little less!

That’s great. Do it and get it done before you’re fully awake and want to say “no way!” 😂

Hi Jesse! Thank you for your feedback. We actually don't do this because we want to give everyone the opportunity to choose which resistance level works best for them. Rather than feeling the need to match our professional trainers, we give the user the opportunity to have it more customized and attuned to their own personal fitness level. While there are more "advanced" moves in Pilates, ALL classes work for ALL fitness levels due to modifications our instructors demonstrate and describe, these include positioning adjustments (moving closer/further away from the anchor, using an accessory for assistance and support, etc.) and resistance level. Both are fluid and can be altered for comfort and effectiveness! If it helps you personally, you can also look at the colors of the resistance band and Circle Bands the instructors are using.
