Hi Ginger! Modify, modify, modify! Almost anything can be completed with a straight leg instead or just skip the move! Only do what you can and what makes you comfortable.

Hi Merari and Patinka! We posted a few months ago that our OG Program (the one with the 40-minute videos) was leaving the app and it officially left on August 11th. :( However, we have some exciting new things we'll be announcing in the next few weeks!!! ;) You can always do a 30-minute video and then grab a few 5-minute videos that are core or leg-focused (from our Denver Living Room program) to really challenge yourself with a final push!
