COREFIRST™ PILATES

Hi Cherie! Thank you for your comment. We actually don't do this for a reason. We want you to have the freedom to choose what resistance best works for you rather than force a specific resistance "standard" when it comes to what the trainers are using. This is what makes Pilates so customizable. Everyone in the class does the same moves but you get to choose how challenging the resistance is, and you can gauge how close or far away you want to be from your anchor point, which also affects the challenge of the work out.

Hi Frances! I'm not sure what you mean. If you are looking to download the iPhone app, you can search "Corefirst" and it will pop up, or you can click on the Google Play store/ App store links at the bottom of this web page! If you continue to experience the issue you're app is causing you, send me an email with a bit more detail and maybe add some screenshots, and I'd be happy to help! info@corefirstpilates.com

Hi there! We recommend 1-2" away from your anchor point depending on how much starting tension you prefer!

That is a fantastic question! After listening to our customers we decided to make a newer generation of Corefirst. Some of the enhanced features include increasing the length of the Corefirst Wraps (which allow them to open wider), making our Corefirst Wraps a permanent fixture on the resistance bands so every band now comes with a set and you don’t have to deal with cumbersome carabineers, and simplifying our bands from 3  to 2 resistance levels. If you were familiar with our Generation 1 product, the Level One is  slightly less tension than our Gen 1 Medium Resistance bands, and the Level 2 is slightly MORE tension than our Gen 1 Heavy resistance bands! Additionally, we have completely changed the branding and colors to inspire and add beauty to your fitness area.

Yes! I love the trend of an "everything shower" too. Simple things can really make it feel so luxurious like a spa!

Hey Aisha!

I'm so sorry, I don't always get notifications when someone posts on the Community so I'm sorry I'm late in responding. I miss our challenges too. We had to take a break from there due to some big changes coming up. I will make it a point to get them back in the coming months. Thank you for your feedback!

Hi Connie, All of our Pilates programs have a 30-minute series (except for the 5-Minute Denver Program).
