Great Idea! Yes, we get some mixed reviews as some people like to see and hear the set up and others want to get right to business! I think you'll like what we have coming out this Friday!

(continued) following the instructor's directions! You can choose to utilize the modifications they point out and switch to a lighter or heavier band. As you progress, you can choose to challenge yourself by switching it up!

HI Molly! Thank you so much for reaching out. The Corefirst really only needs about 6 feet of space, and my laying down and needs additional space to put your arms directly above your head. Do you have any space near any heavy pieces of furniture, other pieces of workout, equipment, doors, etc.? I will say, typically in front of a couch, while the Corefirst is anchored to one of its legs is the most popular as usually this area is a bit more open and couches are heavy.Additionally, if you're interested, you can also utilize a small eye hook placed in the wall for more customizable positioning.You definitely do not have to be a "Pilates or yoga person." This is the primary reason why we created Corefirst, to not only help the pros and provide another solution to going to class in-person, but to crush the stigma of having to have years of experience in Pilates in order to get a "good" workout. It's as simple as picking a workout from our catalogue (any of them!) and....

Hi Ellen, 

The great thing about Corefirst and our programming is that everything is fully customizable. We don't have a specific program that is JUST for beginners as every program can be for beginners if you choose the modifications that the instructors provide and go lighter on your resistance. We do have our Denver Living Room 5-Minute Beginner Series if you want to try out a few different moves and we also have our Pilates fundamental video.

Hi Dalissa! They didn't go anywhere! They're all still in the same place they were (but with new thumbnails)! The Gen 1 Products are still fully usable for all programming!
