Hi Beth. I totally understand. There was a long stretch this year where I was by myself, so I really got into a solid fitness routine, but then when I went to visit family for two weeks in a new environment it threw me for a loop! If you're willing to get up early, sometimes just pushing through those early mornings while everyone is still asleep and finding a solid spot to work out, can really help you to feel accomplished, and can start your habit on a really solid track. I really love our Fat Burn program, and Tracey is one of the best instructors out there (and provides very clear, gentle modifications). Having also done in-studio Pilates I felt it was very similar to some of the cardio-esque classes. But, as a beginner, I would start with Pilates Fundamentals and then do the Villa Del Mar series. Throw in a few Fat Burn throughout the week!Oh that coffee sounds delish!

Hi Joann! You definitely don't have to use your iPhone, Android, or connect your tv if you don't want to! You can always head to just the webpage on any device (via computer and some tvs) : https://studio.corefirstpilates.com/Unfortunately, our workouts aren't accessible via Youtube.

I totally understand the lower belly fat. I've been dealing with that myself. It just never wants to go away! But honestly I've been super consistent with my pilates practice (and to be honest, not so much with my diet) and I'm still seeing changes. Now I just have to get the diet on track!!

100%! You can't outrun (or "out- pilates" I should say) a bad diet!
