Alexandria C - Hi! Jumping in here with some specs/insight: the Level One is a light/medium with 5-15lb of resistance (depending on the distance from the anchor point). The Level Two is a medium/heavy with 10-25lb of resistance (again, depending on distance from the anchor point). If you combine them, the lbs of resistance is a bit more. Hopefully that helps answer your question!
