I absolutely loved this session. It felt so good. As I don’t have a ball, I improvised with a yoga bolster, and it worked well. Actually, as my spine is fused and I can’t arch my back much, the bolster provided additional support beyond what the ball would have, so it may have worked better for me.

Very nice addition! Is the level 1 and the former light the same resistance and the level 2 and the medium?
