Hi Ross! Thanks for asking! It’s always recommended to consult your physician to make sure that fitness program is right for you during your pregnancy. That said, many people use COREFIRST for pre AND post natal. As you may know, Corefirst is all about building your core and this is one of the top priorities in preparing and rehabilitating from a pregnancy! A specific program focused on this will be something will look to do down the road!

Yes! It’s kind of like Yoga you can do them over and over again and find something new each time!
