In years past we posted a daily workout and the general response we received was that people wanted to create their own customized schedule based on what they needed or felt like doing that week. So we changed it up and posted suggested excercises once in a while and particularly for challenges. Seeing that you ladies would like a regular suggested workouts we are happy to add them back in again! We’ve been working very hard on the new Forever Young program which will be a 30 day progressive style program with weekly workouts, wellness and motivational tips that starts soon!
Thank you for your patience- we’ve heard your feedback and will start sharing regular sessions this month (Dec).
