I love the quick workouts on the app! Love them! They are getting better and better, the music in the background is less distracting because I think you’ve lowered the sound and upped the voice of the instructors, and the instructor is precise and talks me through and reminds me to breathe correctly and hold my core in and my shoulders down! Ha! But I’ve become stronger and have less back strain than I would if I was doing it on my own without following along with the instructor. I love Khetanya and Madison. They make it look so easy, and the camera shows the pose/movements from different angles so I can easily know if I’m doing it correctly.  I don’t know how they can do the exercises and talk at the same time while I’m grunting away! :-) (So much better for me to be able to do this privately in my home, than to have the expense of time (dressing and driving to and from a studio) and (expensive group classes) money at a local studio!
