I workout first thing in the morning, so I immediately put my workout clothes on when I get up. I’ve done this for over 30 years now. It puts me in the right frame of mind. 💪

I’m looking forward to these 5-minute sessions! I take mini exercise breaks throughout the day. In addition, these are great add-ons to cardio. Will there be 5-minute cardio sessions, too?

I have been leaning towards the Heavy bands, so that is what I will probably go with!

I have the Medium bands (which I love), and I want to add either the Light or the Heavy bands for variety (along with the Burn poster).

My question is which bands do you find you use the most?

Love this! I love to “stack” workouts and add onto workouts and also take mini breaks throughout the day, so this is perfect! 👊
