I workout first thing in the morning, so I immediately put my workout clothes on when I get up. I’ve done this for over 30 years now. It puts me in the right frame of mind. 💪

I’m looking forward to these 5-minute sessions! I take mini exercise breaks throughout the day. In addition, these are great add-ons to cardio. Will there be 5-minute cardio sessions, too?

Love this! I love to “stack” workouts and add onto workouts and also take mini breaks throughout the day, so this is perfect! 👊
