Besides the last 4 minutes, this workout has you lying on your back the entire time which isn’t the best position to stay in according to PT’s for those with back issues. I prefer a more diverse workout.

Mainly a core/upper body workout with 4 minutes of legs. Lots of breaks to stretch.
