Spiced Roasted Butternut Squash with Sage
The perfect warm side dish to add to your fall rotation!
Ingredients:
Butternut squash, peeled and cubed
Olive oil
Ground cinnamon
Ground nutmeg
Fresh sage leaves
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss butternut squash cubes with olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Roast until golden and caramelized.
In the last 5 minutes, add fresh sage leaves for a fragrant finish.
