Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons molasses

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixer, combine:

    • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates

    • 1 cup almonds

    • 1 cup rolled oats

    • 2 tablespoons molasses

    • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • A pinch of sea salt

  2. Blend the ingredients until a sticky mixture forms.

  3. Once the mixture has reached a sticky consistency, roll it into bite-sized balls.

  4. Place the energy bites in the refrigerator to set.
