Notice something new on our workout homepage?
We received some awesome feedback that it may be helpful to have a revolving “ideal” weekly workout schedule, so we have added a “WEEKLY WORKOUTS” section to the homepage! These will change every Monday and will consist of 3-5 workouts to complete throughout the week if you so choose! This category will be featured whenever there ISN’t a challenge going on to avoid confusion! Enjoy!
