First Day of using Core First system! I went through a few videos and enjoy the workouts for the most part, however it causes some discomfort when around my ankle. I initially had socks on, but it made it difficult to rotate the straps when doing different exercises. But when I removed my socks like the instructors in the videos, it hurt my ankle. Any suggestions on how to use the straps on my ankles without it hurting?? Thank you!!
