Question: I think I’m very quad dominant as I rarely feel any work from my glutes. Any hints as to how to better engage my glutes? Particularly during any type of squat; my quads burn while my glutes just hang out.

I want a class that goes through all the Pilates moves that are on the poster. Basics, bit longer than 5-10 min.

I specifically joined CoreFirst to strengthen my deep core muscles. I would like to see more basic Pilates classes.
