Hi Sandra! I started with the Fundamentals and only did that for the first 2 weeks. I then started with 15 minute videos in Program 4. I have been do those for the las 3 months and just started adding the 5 minute videos at the end. This community is very supportive and responsive to questions. You've got this!

I started with the fundamentals for about 2 weeks. I am now working through the 15 minute videos in Program 4 and adding a 5 minute video at the end.

The 5 minute videos are a great addition to the 15 minute videos in the Progressive series.

I guage my progress a few different ways. How clothes are fitting, if workouts are getting easier, amd how I look in the mirror.

I do have heavy bands. I was thinking the heavy bands were used once you gained strength. I now know heavy bands will help. Then once I can do the movements move to the mesium bands. Thank you!
