I gave up social media! My Facebook and Instagram accounts have been deactivated and apps removed, and my Twitter, Threads and TikTok accounts have been deleted for good and apps removed.

For the record, I consider this app Health and Wellness, so it’s not social media. Lol

And this is exactly how I usually structure my weekly workouts: an upper, lower, core, full body and stretch along with a couple sweat/cardio sessions. ❀️
