I LOVE the internal rotation and thoracic spine work with the sliders!

Day 11 (Fat Burn Workout 6) completed. It did not show as completed on my Calender after I did it, so I marked it complete. I definitely did this workout this AM though! 🏋️ 👊

Definitely more steps on my mini stepper since it’s below zero out. 🥶

You can definitely download them. Go to the video you want, and click on the dots.

Day 8 (January 15th) is done. The schedule above does not show Jan. 15th, so I just did the workout that shows up by on my calendar: Villa Del Mar | Full Body. This one actually exercised my brain, too! 🧠 🤯

I watched a Pilates video years ago (with Kathi Ross-Nash), and she said, “pretend you had beans for lunch!” This cue has always stuck with me! Just keep practicing, and it soon will become second nature. :)

Yes, you want to keep your core engaged pretty much the whole time (or whenever you’re moving) to protect your spine and give you more power and stability. I read somewhere awhile ago that you don’t need to be at 100% the whole time. You should aim for somewhere around 30% -50% is what I read.

I’m just doing whatever shows up on my online calendar. The online one doesn’t always match up with the calendar I printed out earlier. Lol
