There are weekly recommendations posted when there isn’t another challenge going on. I am guessing that will be posted next week. I plan on following the weekly recommendations until the next “official” challenge.

I love this challenge, because it forces me to try classes I wouldn’t otherwise take. And in today’s class (Villa Del Mar | Workout 8: Upper Body & Core), I swear we did the TWO Hundreds, and my abs were on fire! 🔥

They are great! There are currently 24 of them. They are the actual classes from the paid program (not shortened classes).

Day 16 (Friday) complete. I LOVE the internal rotation and thoracic spine work with the sliders in this one (Villa Del Mar Workout 5). 😘 🤌
