I struggled with this for a long time. Anchoring in a door worked best but all my doors don’t have enough space around them. I resorted to an adjustable wall mount anchor system. Inexpensive! Some wrap around a door if you don’t want to mount to a wall. Hope that helps, this system kept me from quitting.
